Excuses, excuses...

Alas, another week has gone by without comment. Why? Because I didn’t win. And the week before I wasn’t there and so I couldn’t comment. And the week before that I won a game, but it was Container and everyone said they hated it. The week before that John won a game of Hansa Teutonica and a game of End of the Triumvirate – he said I should record his glorious exploits on the blog. Obviously I disagreed. The week before that I wasn’t at the Ribs. Phil claims he won a game of Caylus Magna Carta, but I can only assume this is a lie and no one actually turned up. The week before that I wasn’t there again. What was I doing in April? But I was there for the 3rd April  when we played something, but it was too long ago for me to remember.

Hopefully the next update won't be so long. Or maybe I'll enlist a staff writer as I previously threatened - just need those security codes from Mr Crocker.

that game of triumvurate could in no way be as troubling as the one between me, lovely rich, and banished ben. that was quite an event.

I remember that. Funnily, John won a military victory in the second year of our game, so it's definitely a valid strategy.

But, yes, you should come to NoBoG again.
